Motion Performance Group  believes that patients are best served with an team approach and communication between healthcare providers.  This is why we do the following:

1. Provide initial and interim reports
2. Referral back to your office during and upon completion of care
3. Same day appointments for your patients.
4. A discharge summary upon completion of care.
5. We only accept patients that we believe we can help.
