Breathing

Breathing is an important function of daily living.  It allows us to bring oxygen to our cells to burn energy.  But breathing correctly with our diaphgram also allows us to stabilize our spine.  It is a powerful core stabilizer, along with the abs, pelvic floor, and back muscles.  All of these muscles work in concert to give us a perfect system of support.  Breathing correctly can aid in this process, and should look similar to the diagram here.
